Jennifer is a Director with ASH design + assessment and has over twenty-four years of professional experience working as a Landscape Architect and Environmental Consultant on a broad range of projects:
- Environmental impact assessment
- Landscape planning
- Landscape management
- Project management
Jennifer worked in both private and public sectors in London before moving to Massachusetts, USA to work for an American consultancy. After returning to the UK in 1989, she moved to Scotland where she has worked ever since.
After joining ASH in 1994, Jennifer worked for a range of sectors and industries:
- Masterplanning
- Environmental design
- Leisure and recreation
- Commercial and industrial development
- Events design
- Environmental impact assessment
In recent years Jennifer's work has concentrated on the project management of environmental statements and the production of landscape and visual, planning and recreation chapters and the co-ordination of specialist inputs from sub-consultants. She has also been retained to audit many of these projects during the construction period.
Jennifer has in depth knowledge of legislation and regional planning policy guidance pertaining to landscape issues and has prepared and presented evidence at Public Local Inquiry.
