We coordinate and contribute to the environmental impact assessment of projects throughout the UK
Environmental impact assessment (EIA) provides a framework for evaluating the effects of development and policies on the existing environment and communities. ASH have been at the forefront of EIA for over 30 years, having undertaken one of the earliest environmental impact assessments in the country in connection with recreational provision in the Cairngorms.
Our rigorous approach to the environmental impact assessment of projects ranging from renewable energy and infrastructure schemes to specific developments such as housing and landmark developments ensures we produce robust reporting on environmental matters and are able to present expert evidence at public inquiry when required.
