Modern Slavery Policy Statement

This statement is made in compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out ASH’s commitment to ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. As a provider of consultancy services ASH do not have a long or complex supply chain. Our main suppliers are other professional consultancy services, office supplies, IT services and facilities management. Therefore while we do not consider our operations to be particularly susceptible to labour exploitation, we have a zero tolerance policy towards acts of modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and our supply chain. This includes; child labour, forced marriage, human trafficking, forced, bonded or involuntary prison labour. We accept nothing less from our suppliers.

 The Director warrants that ASH:

  • has not been and is not engaged in any practices involving the use of child labour, forced labour, the exploitation of vulnerable people, or human trafficking ("slavery and human trafficking");

  • employees and agency workers are paid in compliance with all applicable employment laws and living wage requirements; and

  • will take reasonable steps to prevent slavery and human trafficking in connection with the our business.
